From meeting Tracy in the showroom and through NUMEROUS phone calls during the project, she was responsive and helpful while maintaining a positive attitude and a sense of humour. From the young man who made the template and through two teams of installers, everyone was prompt, polite and efficient. I also appreciated the office staff member who communicated clearly and responded quickly during email bookings. Many companies can serve you up new kitchen counters.
