At Graniteworx we are more than just a stone countertop supplier. GX offers our customers a wide range of products and services to make your life easier. We offer sinks, faucets and even plumbing services to help make your project run smoothly. Our slab gallery has close to 100 different full slabs of natural stone, quartz and porcelain on display while our showroom has hundreds of large 12×18 and larger samples on display from our numerous suppliers.
We carry premium sinks & faucets and much more. We also display full slabs of granite, quartz, marble, and porcelain in addition to having large 12×18 samples on display from numerous quartz suppliers.

Visit us in our showroom in Guelph to browse our extensive selection of natural stone, quartz and porcelain slabs. We have the largest quartz samples in the area. Our remnants include granite, quartz and porcelain offcuts in a variety of sizes and colours which are ideal for vanity tops and smaller projects at a great price point. Graniteworx History
Rob started working in the Construction Industry with his Dad and other family members at 15 years old. Throughout his youth, he found a passion for working in the construction industry. After finishing his University education in business, Rob applied his entrepreneurial spirit to his extensive construction industry knowledge and decided to start the business. Rob’s strong connection to his hometown community made Guelph the perfect location to open Graniteworx.
Through her marketing expertise and interpersonal strength, Wendy has been a valuable asset to Graniteworx over its years of success. Throughout the development of Graniteworx, Rob and Wendy have sustained a strong business by creating partnerships with home builders, cabinet companies and renovation companies across their community. With the largest showroom in the area, they have been proud to service Guelph and the surrounding area for almost 25 years.
In 2022, Rob and Wendy decided that the time was right to step back from the company in order to spend more time with family, pursue other passions and move towards retirement.
In July 2022, new owners Sam and Nancy El Sayed took over Graniteworx and continue to operate as a family business, proud to service their community!
Sam began his career as a cost accountant at one of the largest manufacturing companies with three production facilities. He spent 13 years in the industry, during which he completed his MBA majoring in finance and was eventually promoted to General Manager of one of the production facilities.
Nancy started her career with the same manufacturing group, working in purchasing and logistics for 12 years. With her expertise in purchasing, logistics, and maintaining stock-level shipping overseas, she was promoted to Purchasing and Logistics Manager.
Through their passion and expertise in the manufacturing sector, Sam and Nancy decided to apply their passion for manufacturing in the form of business ownership. They found Graniteworx to be the perfect fit to continue their passion for the industry
